i received the payment but why is that
dan dexter shimer Completed and there is a button from the right side "issue refund" and my balance did not increase? if i received payment from other side it does not happen like this.

well active your account firs because your paypal is limited so they will fee you too much for it
verified it first so the limit will go and i will check admin about the refund

i click the get the details button from my mail inbox then it brings me to paypal then click return to log button and then what?

as i can see in this screen shot it is not you have limitation one sending and withdrew money and the account stat is Unverified

Or better yet add the email address sender to your contacts, in that way you could be sure to receive all the message without all the Spam folder hassle. (:

so it means i must add the email address of the sender of money in paypal if i encounter this? did you experience this?
